What we provide
Management capacity and coordination for work that is under way.
Projects stall for practical reasons: a manager stretched across too many sites, a schedule nobody owns, vendor interfaces that go unanswered. Tetrad supplies the people and the coordination that close those gaps.
We work within the owner’s or contractor’s execution structure, under its direction and procedures. Tetrad does not act as the engineering, construction or EPC prime contractor; where a scope requires one, we support the organization that holds that role.
